Make A Return
Customers from the US & Canada are responsible for their own returns. This means you can choose your preferred local carrier with the best rates, all we ask is that you make sure you send your items back tracked.
Please email the tracking information for your return to contact@oneskee.com. You must send any returns tracked, as without tracking any lost packages will not be insured and you may not receive your refund if lost by the courier.

You’ll receive an email when your items have been received and your refund or exchange has been processed. Please allow 14 days for your refund to be initiated after this.
We don't currently offer exchanges - if you wish to replace your item(s) for a new size or colour, please make a return and place a new order.
