SHIPPING
All orders from this store are shipped globally from our fulfilment centre in the UK. All shipping options and prices are calculated at checkout based on your order.
All orders placed before 2pm UK time will be shipped the same day (excluding Sunday’s & Bank Holidays).
If your delivery address is outside of the United Kingdom you will be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are levied once a delivery reaches your destination country. Any such additional charges must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies and practices vary widely from country to country. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for information.
For the US - No Duties or Taxes are payable on orders below $800.00.
Please note that all import and duties fees are non-refundable. If you return your order for a refund, you cannot claim back any import fees paid.
If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to our fulfilment centre, a shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
RETURNS
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your goods for a refund within 30 days of receiving your order (*we do not refund shipping costs). Outside of this 30 day period we are unable to offer a refund unless in exceptional circumstances which would be decided by a member of our team.
If items are faulty or damaged then we must be informed via email to contact@oneskee.com before the returns process is started. We will not accept faulty, worn or damaged products unless this has been agreed in advance via email.
All items must be returned unworn with labels still attached to avoid any charges. We recommend trying your items on for size before removing any tags or protective tissue paper. Please ensure you send your items back in their original packaging to ensure you're not charged any additional surcharges which can occur if you send your items back in larger boxes/packaging.
If you want to start a return, then you just need to use the returns portal here.
There will be no option for a pre-paid label and you will have to follow the instructions to process your return yourself. This allows you to choose the most cost effective way to return your items. You must send your package tracked to ensure you are insured against it being lost in transit back to our warehouse by the courier.
Please allow a few days from when we receive your return to process it in our warehouse - once we have processed your return, you’ll receive an email when your items have been received and your refund has been processed. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to arrive - this can vary from bank to bank.
