Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING
This store only delivers to customers in the US & Canada - if you are from anywhere else, you will need to head to either https://www.oneskee.com/ or https://www.oneskee.eu/.
Our US store ships from both the UK & US, if your item is available from our US warehouse (Georgia, GA) we will always ship your items from there. We will only ever ship items from the UK if what you want is out of stock in the US. It is possible that if you order multiple items that they could come from different locations, we will always avoid this if possible.
It will be made very clear at checkout where your items are being shipped from, and you will be given the relevant shipping options based on where your items are located and your delivery address.
Shipping to the US from the US;
There is no sales tax applicable and it won’t be added at checkout - there may be local state taxes incurred, this is at the customers discretion to be clear on what these might be prior to purchasing and is not the responsibility of Oneskee.
Shipping to the US from the UK;
*No Duties or Taxes are payable on orders below $800.00 from the UK to US.
You will be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a delivery reaches your destination country. Any such additional charges must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies and practices vary widely from country to country. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for information.
Please note that all import and duties fees are non-refundable. If you return your order for a refund, you cannot claim back any import fees paid.
If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to our fulfilment centre, a shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping to CA from the UK & US;
Goods are sent DDU, which means that you will be responsible for paying duty and customs taxes.
Please note that all import and duties fees are non-refundable. If you return your order for a refund, you cannot claim back any import fees paid.
If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to our fulfilment centre, a shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
RETURNS
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your goods for a refund within 30 days of receiving your order (*we do not refund shipping costs). Outside of this 30 day period we are unable to offer a refund unless in exceptional circumstances which would be decided by a member of our team.
If items are faulty or damaged then we must be informed via email to contact@oneskee.com before the returns process is started. We will not accept faulty, worn or damaged products unless this has been agreed in advance via email.
All items must be returned unworn with labels still attached to avoid any charges. We recommend trying your items on for size before removing any tags or protective tissue paper. Please ensure you send your items back in their original packaging to ensure you're not charged any additional surcharges which can occur if you send your items back in larger boxes/packaging.

There are both pre-paid and 'ship it yourself' options for returns back to the UK, this allows you to choose the most convenient and cost effective way to return your items. If you choose to look after your own return, you must send your package tracked to ensure you are insured against it being lost in transit back to our warehouse by the courier.
The fee for the pre-paid options are below - this fee is to cover the cost of the return shipping label;
- US - $29.99
- CA - $44.99
For domestic US returns, or returns from CA back to the US - there is only the 'ship it yourself' option available.
Please allow a few days from when we receive your return to process it in our warehouse - once we have processed your return, you’ll receive an email when your items have been received and your refund has been processed. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to arrive - this can vary from bank to bank.
